Recent Projects Include

-A three year project for a client in India to develop and introduce a value added prawn product to the UK Market. Marketed a range or raw seafood products from the same plant. 
- Developing and implementing the Marketing Strategy for an Asian Trading House. Turnover rose from £68k in the first month to over £400k in the fourth month. Project continued for 18 months.
- Working with an Asian client to develop own label seafood products for European retailers. In one EU market the client now enjoys a 15% market share.
